1、適用范圍：產(chǎn)品主要用于金屬、電鍍、氧化鋁、電解板、鋁塑板、噴（烤）漆、噴塑等制品的絲印及移印。

2、產(chǎn)品特性：亮光、免烘烤、耐酒精、耐手汗、耐水泡、耐沖壓。

3、稀釋劑：用公司B-03專用稀釋劑或783稀釋油墨，用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。

4、固化劑：單組份使用，不需要添加固化劑；如有特殊要求可選擇添加本公司JS-9固化劑用于增加油墨附著力及性能，添加量為10%-15%。

5、油墨調(diào)配：開罐使用前應(yīng)充份攪拌，然后取所需量油墨加入稀釋劑稀釋至合適的印刷粘度進行印刷。

6、網(wǎng)版及刮膠：適合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂網(wǎng)紗，聚氨脂PU油性刮膠。

【性能檢測】

1、3M膠帶劃百格測試：100%無脫落

2、耐沖壓測試：1mm厚鋁板180°折彎無變化。

3、耐酒精測試：用脫脂棉沾濃度99%工業(yè)酒精以500G力水平來回50次無脫色。

4、耐手汗耐試：用大拇指緊壓印刷面5分鐘后，再用力來回磨擦100次無脫色。

5、耐水性測試：用常溫自來水浸泡24小時，3M膠帶劃百格測試，100%無脫落。

【注意事項】

1、先小量試印確認符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。

2、做好承印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進附著效果。

3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學(xué)品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，

需要完全固化后方可檢測。

4、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。

5、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時嚴禁煙火。
